Event ID 1000 – Outlook / Lync crashing

I have a customer for whom this is a real pain point so hopefully this will help some of you. They have an RDS environment with Office 365 (Office 2013) click-to-run. Outlook 2013 for them started crashing all over the place. We've created a guide that walks you through the steps required to install a Proof-of-Concept (POC) environment for RDSH Full Desktop with FSLogix Apps. FSLogix Apps is a software agent that enables virtual desktop administrators to eliminate some of their biggest problems in VDI and RDSH. All of us that blog here at RDS Gurus are Microsoft MVP's for Remote Desktop Services. For those of you interested in what this program is, read here. Each year, a Microsoft MVP's status is up for renewal.  (Freek and I happen to be up for renewal in the same month). Happy to say that Freek and I both got the MVP Award for Remote Desktop Services again this year.       Freek is getting his for the 5th year in a row and I am now at year 7. Truly honored, Microsoft! MVP Summit 2015 here we come!
